FITNESS CENTER—Our Fitness Center is open to the general public and has over thirty exercise machines for strength training and cardiovascular fitness.

GAME ROOM—A multipurpose room equipped with games and sports equipment in a fun, family-oriented environment.

SENIOR LUNCH—Senior citizens are brought together to socialize by means of this program offered daily in conjunction with the Church of San Carlos. For a small donation our senior citizens enjoy lunch while making new friends.

AEROBICS CLASSES—A place to join together with other health-conscious individuals for a cardiovascular workout.

AEROBICS FOR SENIORS—A special aerobics class designed especially for seniors.

BASKETBALL—Casa Familiar sponsors a youth basketball team and recreational basketball for more than forty youth.

DANCE CLASSES—Folkloric Dance, Aztec Dance, and Salsa for dance enthusiasts of all ages.
