Beyer Boulevard Beautification – Community Input Workshop (Part 1)

Join us to learn about the Beyer Boulevard Beautification project taking place in our community!
In this ongoing series of three workshops, residents will have the opportunity to learn about improvements to the Beyer Boulevard walking path and transit station, share their feedback and contribute their ideas to the enhancement of this important part of San Ysidro.
No registration is required and all are welcome!
Workshop 1
On December 11, community members will meet employees from Casa Familiar, MTS (Metropolitan Transit System) and Psomas to learn more about the plans for redeveloping the Beyer Boulevard pedestrian pathway connecting Park Avenue and the Beyer Boulevard trolley station.
Workshop 2
On January 22, community members will view preliminary designs based on their input at Workshop 1 and provide additional insights and feedback in the design process. Community members will see options for enhancing the lighting, safety, greenery and art to be installed along the pathway.
Workshop 3
On February 26, community members will see finalized plans for the redesign and improvement of the Beyer Boulevard pathway which incorporate their input over the course of the three workshop series.
