Rental Criteria and Waitlist Process
- All persons 18 years and older that are to reside in the property are required to apply and be named on the Lease
- There is a $49.90 application fee per person
- The apartment holding deposit is $500 upon application approval
- The total gross monthly income for the household must be at least 2x’s the monthly rent and within applicable ranges.
- All applicants must have verifiable rent payment history and good credit and no eviction
