Rental Criteria and Waitlist Process
Ready to Make Casa Your New Home?
- All individuals 18 or older who will live on the property must apply and be listed on the lease.
- $50 Application Fee per person.
- $500 Holding Deposit required to reserve a unit, upon approval.
- Household income must be at least 2× the monthly rent and meet the required range.
- All applicants must have verifiable rental payment history, good credit, and no prior evictions.
