Rental Criteria and Waitlist Process

  • All persons 18 years and older that are to reside in the property are required to apply and be named on the Lease
  • There is a $49.90 application fee per person
  • The apartment holding deposit is $500 upon application approval
  • The total gross monthly income for the household must be at least 2x’s the monthly rent and within applicable ranges.
  • All applicants must have verifiable rent payment history and good credit and no eviction

Casa Familiar Affordable Housing Income Limits:

Extremely Low Income 30%
Very Low Income 40%
Very Low Income of Median 50%
Low Income Median 60%
