Our Villa Nueva Social Services Center hosts our administrative offices. Casa Familiar also offers the following services at this site: Team & Changes, which helps reduce your SDG&E bill, Senior Computer Classes and Plaza Comunitaria, a Spanish literacy program where adults  

 

TEAM & CHANGES are consumer advocacy programs funded through the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) to serve Limited English Proficiency (LEP) clientele. Through the TEAM program Casa provides consumer education, outreach, and complaint resolution support to clients on their telephone and internet bills. This includes helping clients lower their monthly bill by applying for discount programs like Lifeline and disputing incorrect charges. The CHANGES program provides consumer education, outreach and complaint resolution to clients on their gas and electric bills. This includes helping clients lower their monthly bill by applying to discount programs like CARE and HEAP and connecting them to financial supports.  

 

The Villanueva Center hosts MAOF Daycare on the 1st floor.  

The Villanueva Apartment Leasing and Property Management Office is located on the 3rd floor.
